Marika Pathe—Graphic Designer

About

I’m a multidisciplinary designer living in Brisbane, Australia. After completing my Certificate VI in Graphic Design at Shillington College in 2015, I landed a job as a UX designer at Ansible. Eager to jump in and apply my visual design knowledge, my role quickly expanded to include UI design.

I now contribute to all phases of the design process—from user research, solution ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing to generating elegant, intuitive visual designs.

Working closely with developers, project managers and fellow designers, I help deliver large government and enterprise projects, such as the Electoral Commission App, PTV App, and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator website.

Outside of my day job, I enjoy diving into a variety of freelance design projects. My freelance work has included logo design, illustrations, icons, EDMs, and wedding invitations for clients such as Rexlabs and The Newsletter.

If you have a project you’re working on and you’d think we’d be a good fit—or if you’d just like to say hello—I’d love to hear from you!
